As a data processor acting on behalf of our customers (game studios), we process Player Analytics Data that your game sends to our API. This may include:

• Player identifiers (pseudonymous IDs assigned by your game)

• Device and platform information
• In-app purchase transaction data

Important: Qyren does not collect player names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying personal information from end-user players. All player data is received through pseudonymous identifiers assigned by the game studio.

• Browser type, operating system, and device information
• Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns

• No Selling: We do not sell Player Analytics Data to third parties.
• No Cross-Studio Sharing: Player data from one studio is never shared with or accessible to another studio.
• Data Portability: You may export your data at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
• Data Deletion: Upon termination of your account, we will delete your Player Analytics Data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
• Access controls and authentication for all platform access
• Regular security assessments and monitoring
• Infrastructure hosted on SOC 2-compliant cloud providers

While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to promptly notifying affected parties in the event of a data breach, as required by applicable law.
